If you use another party's material, you must obtain prior authorization. WeFile reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Customer's transmission(s) that, in WeFile's discretion, violates these policies or violates any law or regulation.
3. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on WeFile's web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you agree to not use WeFile's Service to:

3.1 Adult Content
Pornography, nudity, sexual images and any kind offensive images or videos are prohibited. We reserve the right to decide appropriate content and can delete images or videos at any time without User notification.
4. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on WeFile's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. WeFile does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. WeFile may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. WeFile does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
